Forbidden Love by tonirose0724 Chapter 7

Chapter 7

[Dec. 03, 2009]

She used all her strength, body and soul, to keep going. She needed to get back home, and fast. She had this gut-feeling in her stomach that she needed to go home. The sun was setting down, giving off a pink color to her surroundings. How she wished she could stay and just watch the sun go down. But it felt like every little thing she does, she remembered him. Every time she thought of him she was reminded of how bad of a person she was, every second of these past three years she never failed to feel the guiltiness inside of her.Ever since she was a child she has always been the type of person to listen to her mind rather than her heart. How she wished that it could be the other way around, but it was an almost impossible dream to want. She always thought of the fairness and justice to other people before her own desire.
Whether it be giving $1000 to the poor instead of buying herself new clothes, visiting her mother on her birthday instead of celebrating with YG Entertainment, or giving up her love because of other people's desire instead of her own, she would do it. She just couldn't be a selfish person, it just was not in her nature. How she wished so badly that she could be selfish. Ignore everyone else for once, and look at her own desires.
She forgot her cellphone at home, and she realized that was probably why she was so anxious to get home. She always had her phone with her now, ever since she left, it was a part of her that she never left without. It was now the only fast way she could talk to them.
She picked up her feet and ran. Although it was another half a mile until she was home, she ran like she was only a few feet away from her house. The wind blowing her long brown hair, her white dress following the direction of the wind as images of Ji Yong filled her mind.
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
He got out of the taxi and fled to the front of his mother and sister's house. He needed to know, he needed to know everything. He banged hard on the gate hoping someone would open the door quickly.
"Goddammit," he cursed under his breath that no one has opened the door for him yet. He kept banging on the door until finally an annoyed-faced Jiae opened the door.
"Do you want to break the gate down or something?" she asked him irritatingly.
He didn't respond to her witty remark, and instead took her arm roughly, held it tightly and led her inside the house without saying a word. Jiae suddenly became worried. Her brother had that look again, as if he could kill anything or anybody this minute,
It could only mean one thing, Park Bom. Jiae was surprised to see how Bom could bring out the happiest in her brother and yet can turn him into this malice looking guy within a second. Bommie Unnie definitely was a person that her brother deeply cared for and loved.
"Where's mom?" he finally stopped in the living room and gave her a declaring look.
"She went to buy some groceries," she replied pretending she wasn't scared. Oh but how she was so frightened.
From the looks of it, he was definitely mad. Beyond mad. He was furious, his eyes were icy hard that it could scare anyone away, even his own younger sister.
"What time will she be back?" he demanded with the tone of voice that gave her chills down her back. She decided that acting like an annoying little sister would not be the best time to do right now.
"I don't know," she quickly replied. "What's wrong with you?"
"You got some talking to do."
"Talk about what?" she inquired.
"About Park Bom."
Her heart skipped, it did a double take. She was more than frightened now, she felt like a little cat whose about to be chased by a dog. Or maybe she was passed that, she felt like a cat who was now being attacked by a dog. He knew. And he knew she knew.
"A-about wh-what?" she stuttered, as she couldn't help but look away from him. Damn, now he definitely knew she was lying.
"Dammit, Jiae!" he began to shout. "Tell me why Park Bom left?!"
"What do you mean?" she said quietly, not sure of what she should say. "She told you the reason."
"That she didn't like the life she had? The life she had with me?" He exclaimed at his sister's face. "That's some bullsh*t!"
"What going on here?" an angry voice by the door made the two siblings turn their heads. It was their mother, and Jiae has never been more happy to see her mother in her life.
"He's asking me why Bom Unnie left," Jiae responded as she quickly made her way behind her mom to get away from all the tension her brother was giving her. "He thinks that I know the answers to why Bom really left."
"You do."
"Stop that, Ji Yong" his mother scolded him, she was now worried, but unlike Jiae she didn't show it.
"Eomma! Stop lying to me!" he responded back, as his eyes were starting to form crystal waters. "You know how much I loved her. How much I love her."
His mother's heart pained to see him like this, both Jiae and her quickly went to his side and felt sorry for him. Jiae was now tearing up as she hugged her brother tightly and said, "I'm sorry, Oppa."
Ji Yong's mother stroked his back to calm him down, as she left kisses on the top of his head. She didn't want to keep things from him, but she promised Bom. She promised her that she wouldn't say a single word to her son, and that someday she would let Bom be the one to explain to him what happened. She stayed true to her word, and kept from her son what she knew while she also waited patiently for Bom to come back and explain what she did to Ji Yong.
It's been awhile though, three years since she left, and it has been but a long wait for her. She could only imagine the wait for her son, it must be an eternity for him. She began to cry quietly thinking of how she could only let her son suffer like this. She trusted Bom though, she knew that she will also stay true to her word.
All three of them, the Kwon family, were on the floor crying together. From the tears of a longing for his love, the sorriness of a sister and the guiltiness of a mother, were the tears that rolled down from their eyes down to the ground. They couldn't do anything but just be there for each other, and try to comfort one another, for there were restrictions of what they can do for each other.

♡♥♡
Park Bom was nervous. Her heart was pounding fast, her mind couldn't concentrate and her body feeling light. In just a few moments she and the other girls would debut as '2NE1'. They were impatiently waiting back-stage, until in a minute they would call them to perform on-stage.
The waiting room was packed of YG staffs. Bom couldn't even see where the other girls were, although she thinks she can hear Dara's voice singing "In our Out", and if she probably listened hard enough she would be able to find her. She didn't though, she stayed sitting on the little stool that she's been sitting on for the last 15 minutes. She just couldn't get up, she was way too overwhelmed with the thought of that they will be debuting in a matter of moments. Her dream will becoming true.
She felt a hand on her shoulder as a shadow hovered over her. Without even looking up, and just with the touch on her shoulders and the look of the shadow on the ground she knew instantly that it was him. He had this certain touch, his warm and soft fingertips, the way it just lingered onto her skin and how crazy he made her feel just with a single touch. She looked up at him to see his smiling face looking down at her.
"Ji Yong-ah," her face brightening as she stood up from her chair to be in front of him. All day she has not seen him at all. It's been a busy day for her and the girls. Wake-up, get-ready, practice, eat, practice, make-up, was how her day went this morning. There was no time to socialize, and no time for Ji Yong. Finally she gets to see his face.
"Park Bom," he said as he closed the gap between her to give her a nice-warm hugged that only made Bom feel even more light-headed. "You have no idea how happy and proud I am of you."
"I know," she whispered back as they still continued to hug. She could smell his scent, his nice smelling cologne, she couldn't help but wish that she could be as physically close with him more often as they are right now. "I probably wouldn't have been able to make it this far, if it weren't for you."
Her words were true. Although, this has always been her dream, and she would've done anything to make that come true, if it weren't for Ji Yong she probably couldn't be where she was today. Without him, her life as a trainee would've been hell. She remembered how she would cry every night for her first year as a trainee. She would be homesick and wished she could see her family, and if it weren't for Ji Yong she would have left and gone back to the States without a doubt. If it weren't for him teaching her how to dance better and practice singing with her, she probably wouldn't have improved as much as she did. He might not know it, but he was like her medicine that she took whenever she didn't feel good in life.
"Ehh...? Are you okay?," he asked as they broke away from the hug, and he put the back of his hand onto her forehead to check her temperature. "Am I hearing right? Park Bom actually saying something nice to me?" He was teasing her.
"I'm pretty sure I was," she replied as she gave him an annoyed look. "And I hope that you liked it, cause that is the only and last one you will be hearing one from me." Here they were again, back to their normal self. Him teasing her, and her annoyed.
"What? But that was G-Dragon talking, not Ji Yong!" he said trying to cover up his big mistake.
"Just because you got another name now, doesn't mean you got another you," she replied but finally laughing at his cheesiness and giving him a playful slap on the arm.
"You're right. There's only one Ji Yong serving for the Lady Spring," he gave her a big playful smile as he bent down to give her a bow like a shining knight. "I'll be your knight, my Queen."
She couldn't help but blush, he was so good with making her feel like a crushing teenage girl.
"More like a servant serving the Queen," she laughed, and tried to block away those feelings previously. She had a hard time publicly showing her feelings for him, or even just to him. So every time she had the chance of showing her true feelings, her mind always tell her that it wouldn't be a good idea. She might jeopardize his career and hers as well, so her mouth always did the opposite of what her heart felt.
"Park Bom, you forgot I can read your heart, sometimes it talks to me too and says, 'Ji Yong-ah, I really like you'," he whispered quietly into her ear to make sure that only the two of them could hear it. He must have been right, for her heart skipped a bit.
"2NE1, you guys are up in about exactly two minutes! Come on! Let's go to the stage!" a staff shouted and motioned his hand for them to come and follow. While she was with Ji Yong, she had forgotten about debuting and was instead occupied because of him.
Bom looked at Ji Yong one last time and gave him a nervous look. He instantly placed both his hands on her shoulder and said to her, "You'll do great, I know you will."
Just with that she instantly felt better, he was definitely the best medicine she had.
"Bomtaro! Let's go!" Dara's voice interrupted the two pair. Bom looked at her to only see giving her a confused look, Dara didn't know how close Ji Yong and Bom were. In fact no one knew, except his family.
Bom instantly looked at him in the eye to show him how much she was thankful for him without saying a word. And with the look she gave him, Ji Yong knew of what she was trying to tell him. He could have been just playing around with saying how he could read her heart, but truly he really could, whether he was aware of it or not. That was exactly what Bom was scared of from the very beginning.
As she went to walk towards Dara, Bom couldn't help but feel the questioning stare she had previously give Bom and Ji Yong, and now she was giving it to her as she was making her way to Dara. Bom looked down to avoid her gaze, she really didn't want to say anything, to her or to anyone about her feelings for Ji Yong and his feelings for her. She didn't want anyone finding out and just ruin everything.
"What was that about?" Dara questioned her with a smile on her face, she was obviously already trying to put everything in her mind.
"What was?" Bom tried to play dumb and act as if she didn't know anything and thankfully before Dara could answer, the staff shouted again and told them to hurry.
"2NE1, let's play!" the girls all said together before getting on stage.
They've been preparing together as a group for about a year and a half now, and they were more than ready to finally perform as a group even just with those short period of time together. But individually they were all talented, and they had great group work that made them shine.
eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh (2NE1)
eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh (You gotta ring the alarm)
eh eh eh eh eh eh eh eh (We 2NE1)
eh eh eh eh eh eh HEY HEY HEY HEY
The crowd was loud and excited, the girls could feel the love from their fans. Although it was their first time performing, it felt like they've done this a thousand times.
My eyes are filled with shining stars
Even the light burning in my heart
Won't be forever, there's nothing to lose
Oh oh oh oh (Oh oh oh oh)
Oh oh oh oh yeah
As he watched her sing her part of the song through the TV in the waiting room, all he could do was smile so hugely at the scene of her singing and dancing. She was beautiful, a word that wasn't enough to describe her. As she sang the lines of her song he felt like he could feel her emotions, her happiness and excitement, he could feel it all.
The girls finally finished their first debut performance, and by then he, along with the other Big Bang members were already waiting for them on the side of the stage to congratulate them. The applaud and excitement from the crowd was loud as the girls walked off the stage. The girls were all emotional. They saw Chae Rin stayed strong as a leader and had a happy and proud smile on her face, she definitely was a great leader. Minjy came out walking with an overwhelming look on her face as if she couldn't believe that this was all happening. Dara was like her usual bubbly self, and was a little emotional after performing, but she had a big smile on the whole time.
One by one as the girls passed the guys, the Big Bang members congratulated them dearly to show how proud they were of their juniors. Seung Hyun gave a bright smile to Dara to see her smiling face that seems to be contagious as he also found himself smiling as he looked at her. Dae Sung gave Minjy a hi-five and a hug, he was so proud of her and of all of the girls. Seung Ri congratulated all the girls, and even decided to be nice to Chae Rin and told her how amazing their and her performance were. Chae Rin was a little taken back, but decided to embrace it, for it was very rare to see him like this, her and Seung Ri were cats and dogs. Tae Yang, a little more quieter than everyone else congratulated them too, one by one to see how their juniors did so well.
Ji Yong congratulated all the girls patiently as they came to them in a line one by one. He first saw Chae Rin, boy she did good tonight, her amazing presence on-stage was just great. He was so proud of Chae Rin, he's known her since she was young and he couldn't be anymore proud to see her grow-up as a great young lady. He returned back her hug and gave her a smile.
"Oppa! Weren't you proud of us? We did good didn't we?" Chae Rin asked her with glittering eyes.
"Of course Chae Rin-ah! You rocked that stage today!" He smiled at her with a big smile as he looked further back behind her to find a certain someone.
Minjy came in next, and gave her a pat on the shoulder. This girl is very young, but to see her so talented like that was just unbelievable. Once again he looked back to see that certain someone. Right behind Minjy was Dara, right when Dara came to stop by Ji Yong, she looked at him with questioning eyes. Ji Yong tried to shrug it off, and told her congratulations. He knew that she suspected something, but he was not about to mention anything to her that Bom would not approve of. Instead he quickly looked past her to finally see that person.
Once he looked at her, he couldn't take his eyes off of her. She was looking at him too, as he saw that she was crying. And as he saw her face, all he wanted to do was wrap his arms around her and hold like there was no tomorrow. Every time she cried or teared up, whether it be sad tears or happy tears, all he wanted to do was take her in his arms and hold her tightly. He wanted to share all the feelings she had like it was his. He wanted to feel the pain, the happiness, sadness, love, excitement in her life. He wanted to be there for her, always.
As she was now in front of him, Ji Yong without hesitation hugged her tightly and put his lips close to hers.
"You were amazing, Park Bom," he whispered quietly. "You never fail to blow me away."
Ji Yong felt her take a deep breath, and he smiled to see how his words affected her greatly. Bom broke away from the hug and looked at him longingly, like she wanted to just to be kept in his arms forever but couldn't. He more than understood why she felt like that so. He knew that she doesn't want to make his life even more complicated with him having so many fans who would try to ruin their relationship. YG might find out, and not approve and ask them to stop continuing with whatever relationship they had. He understands.
But it still doesn't stop him from wanting something to happen. Even if a bad result came from it, even if there were people who disapproved of their relationship, he would still want it, because Bom was worth all of that. More than that.
He took out a piece of cloth, a green handkerchief which he always carried with him, and took Bom's hand and place it on there. She was at awe, her mind and feelings were going crazy. She just finished performing their first debut, and right afterward she was gifted with the sight of Ji Yong smiling at her and looking at her with grateful eyes.
Now that she was aware of his feelings, every time he looked at her, her mind would even go crazier, her heart beat faster and louder. Every time she saw him she wondered if he was saying to himself, "Oh look, that's the girl I like." Every time she thought that she could almost feel like she could faint with such happiness within her. She wished she could have told him she liked him when they were at his family's place. But she didn't. Couldn't.
"Thank you, Ji Yong," she said to him, as she used his handkerchief to wipe the tears from her eyes. She could smell him in his handkerchief. The breath-taking smell that he always wore, she couldn't help but smile to see how he was always there for her.
"Are you two lovebirds done?" Seung Hyun questioned them, as he stood beside kind of close beside them, but not enough to hear everything, though he did witness the undeniable chemistry between the two. Seung Hyun was waiting for Ji Yong to finish congratulating Bom to leave, because Ji Yong was in front of him and blocking the way to go inside. What he didn't know was, how long it will take Ji Yong to talk to Bom, awfully longer than he did with the other girls, that's for sure. Seung Hyun came to suspect something, that Ji Yong might like Bom, but didn't worry much about it, Ji Yong always got the girls he wanted.
"Oh! Sorry!" Bom exclaimed embarrassingly. As she went on first to go back inside the waiting room.
She was definitely worried, as more and more people are starting to see Ji Yong and her closeness with each other. Dara had previously gave her a questioning look, and now Seung Hyun had made a comment about them.

♡♥♡
A few months after debuting, 2NE1 received so much love from all their fans and the people. Their schedule was hectic, every minute of the day, their time was taken up with promoting their mini album, or performing in front of people. They had no complaints. This was their job, and it was their choice to do this.
One day, after a long and busy day and getting home from a long and hard practice, the girls were finally glad to go home. Bom was finally happy to be able to use her phone again, for Ji Yong texted her three hours ago before practice and said that he had a surprise for her. She wasn't able to reply back, for texting during practice was not allowed, so she anxiously took out her phone and started pressing buttons.
" Oh really?!
You know how much I can sometimes dislike surprises.
So will you please tell me first if it is good or bad? ^__^ "
She smiled as she pressed the sent button, she always loved texting him whenever he wasn't around. She needed to always somehow talk to him, without talking to him, her day felt incomplete, for about four years of knowing him already, she had become very dependent on him. Within less than a minute she felt her phone vibrate, she quickly flipped open her phone to read.
" Come to my apartment and find out! Kekeke!
If you would like, you can ask the other girls to come join you.
P.S. But I'd rather you see it first though..."
She couldn't help but smile widely, so big that the girls looked at her after seeing that she was so focused on her phone, and decided to see what was up. Bom turned red to see that all her members were looking at her with questioning look, but now Dara's questioning look also had 'I-think-I-know-what-is-going-on-face.
"Who are you talking to Unnie?" Chae Rin asked.
"My sister, she just congratulated us for doing so great," she lied. And she felt sick after those words came out of her mouth she couldn't take it. "Also... Ji Yong just texted me saying that we should go to his apartment tonight, because he has a surprise for us." She smiled at them. After trying to lie to them, she couldn't just blow them off, and not invite them to his apartment. Thus, turning down his proposition of her going by herself first.
"Ah! Oppa? A surprise?!" Chae Rin exclaimed excitedly.
"I wonder what it is?" Minjy added also excited for a surprise.
"Oh really..." Dara said quietly, as if her mind was working quietly in her brain.
Bom just nodded, and disappointed and sad of having to lie to them, and now just turning down Ji Yong. Oh well, she looked down at her phone again, and pressed the reply button.
" Sorry, I can't see it first by myself.
The girls will be with me in half an hour over there.
I can't wait! It better be good!
Like a bucket full of bread and UKSUSU!
Kekeke! ^__^ "
She tried to add on a playful text, knowing that he will be a little disappointed to see that she won't be the first one to see the surprise. She couldn't wait to see it though, Ji Yong was always good with surprises, she starts to wonder what it could be. Food? Clothes? Something he got for himself? She thought about it on the way there, as Chae Rin and Minjy did so too, but out loud, while Dara just looked at Bom trying to figure things out.

♡♥♡
They were finally in front of his apartment door, and Chae Rin and Minjy couldn't help but be so excited, that Bom decided to let them be the first ones and be in front of the door, while her and Dara was behind them. She was the oldest after all, she could not just think for herself, even though she was not the leader, she had the responsibility to watch for them and take care of them like a good Unnie.
Chae Rin rang the door bell, and after a few moments, the door opened with a smiling Ji Yong.
"Oppa! You have a surprise for us?" Ji Yong greeted as he looked at all the girls and stopped as he looked at Bom.
"Come in."
The girls excitedly walked in, and as they have seen before many times, his apartment still looked spotlessly clean, Ji Yong after all, was a neat-freak. They seated themselves on the floor waiting for him to start that surprise of his.
"You guys wait here," he said as he turned around, but turned back around to look at Bom. "Actually, Bom, can you help me with it?"
She quickly got up as a response to his voice, and followed him to his room, as she couldn't help but feel special of his actions towards her. She wondered what help he could possibly need from her, she wasn't that strong, it would have probably been better to ask Chae Rin with these kinds of things, she was way stronger than Bom. She gave him a questioning look as she walked towards him so they could walk together, but in return he just gave her a grin. When they were far enough from the other girls, he took the chance to get closer to her.
"I wanted you to see first," he whispered in her ear quietly. She looked at him affectionately, and smiled. He grabbed her hand and lead her into his room. "Let's go, close your eyes closed though." He checked to make sure she did, and just to be sure, he placed his warm hands on top of her eyes to cover them, or just an excuse to touch her.
Bom followed his instructions, and her heart pounded as he wrapped his hand around hers, and walked behind her as he placed his other hand on top of her eyes. This was the rare times they could be this physically close, there were barely enough time for them to see each other, with both of them being part of a group band. They continued to walk and came to a stop as she felt him stop walking.
"Keep your eyes closed," he said as he removed his hand on her face, and left her to go somewhere. She nodded her head, unable to say anything, just too excited for whatever surprise he had.
Then a moment later she felt his presence again next to her.
"Okay, open your eyes," she slowly lifted her eyes open, and in front of her were two big eyes staring back at her intently.
"Omo!" She exclaimed, as two big eyes continued to stare at her. She quickly took the puppy from Ji Yong's hold and held it in her arms. She was so excited, it's been awhile since she last played with a dog. This puppy dog, was silent the whole time, just only looking at her as if he was trying to observe her every move. Bom was oblivious to the puppy's quietness, and instead continued playing with it, and saying cute expressions to talk to him.
Ji Yong smiled at her affectionately as he watched her embrace his puppy that he recently bought. He knew that this was how she would act, he knew about her dog that she owned in the States and loved so much, and how she had to leave him there with her family. Bom got along with everybody and everything. He smiled at the thought of her being a great and loving mother one day.
"Ji Yong! He is so cute! Wait- is it a he?" She looked up at him and exclaimed, as she continued to play happily with the dog.
"Yes, it's a he," he laughed. "His name is Ga Ho."
"Kyah! He's adorable! Aren't you little Ga Ho?" she replied as she talked to the dog adoringly. Ga Ho just continued to stare at her, not responding to anything she said, and continued to look at her with tired-looking eyes. The dog had wrinkly thick skin, and stubby short height, with eyes that looked like he wasn't interested in a lot of things, he just kind of stared off into space, that is except at Bom. He looked at her like she was crazy.
"Bom, I'm not sure if he likes you very much," Ji Yong replied as he chuckled. And Bom quickly gave him an angry look. He chuckled even more.
"Guys? What's taking you guys so long?" they looked at each other, and had totally forgotten about the girls.
They quickly prepared, to make it seem like Bom was needed of help, as she picked up the puppy's bed to bring it in the living room to show them, while Ji Yong carried Ga Ho. They entered the living room to see first the girls with impatient looks, but as soon as they saw what Ji Yong was carrying, Minjy and Chae Rin darted towards Ji Yong to meet the puppy! Dara, on the other hand, stayed seated on the couch with a scared look on her face.
"What's wrong with Dara?" Ji Yong asked Bom.
"Oh! I forgot Dara is scared of dogs!" Bom exclaimed, as the others quickly laughed as they looked at Dara's scared face.
"Uhh..." Dara said.
"Dara, Ga Ho is really nice!" Bom said to her with a wicked smile. Bom slowly made her way to Dara with Ga Ho in her arms now. Dara saw this and quickly fled to the other side of the room, and Bom and the others laughed while Bom stopped, just to have some fun. She stopped trying to scare Dara, and started playing with Ga Ho again.
"Aw, I think he seems to like Bom Unnie!" Minjy happily said as she went towards Bom and Ga Ho.
"Really? He seems to want to get away from her," Ji Yong quickly replied teasingly, yet with admiration in his eyes. Ga Ho, even though he didn't respond much to Bom, Ga Ho was not wanting to be held by anyone else other than Bom.
"Omo! I think Ga Ho kind of resembles Bommie Unnie! Don't you think so?" Chae Rin asked, as she looked up and down at Bom and Ga Ho. Minjy and Dara agreed and Ji Yong just continued to smile widely and laughed kindheartedly. It seems like the girls knew who the mother of the dog was, Ji Yong thought, as he kept on grinning happily.
The girls stayed in his apartment for another half an hour just playing with Ga Ho, but then they felt really tired and their manager had called to ask them to go home. Dara was more than happy to leave and was the first to go to the door, and quickly said 'Bye' to Ji Yong. Minjy was next as she petted Ga Ho one last time.
"Thank you for the surprise Ji Yong Oppa," Chae Rin said to him smiling with her eyes to show how happy she was. He smiled back and nodded at her.
"No problem, I knew you girls would like him- well- other than Dara," he chuckled as he saw her scared face was still on. As Minjy, Dara and Chae Rin headed towards the door, Bom stood up from the floor while holding Ga Ho securely in her arms. She slowly handed him to Ji Yong who was looking at her that gave her shivers down her neck. She couldn't help but smile back at him, especially how his handsome face just seem to glow even more every time he smiled at her like that.
"I want to see Ga Ho every day okay?" she declared to Ji Yong with a smile on her face.
"Of course I'll make sure you do," they both knew that with Ga Ho now, they would be able to see each other even more. "And plus, he needs to get to know you better, because I don't think he likes you much yet." He said with a teasing voice that made her glare at him with an addition of a puppy face.
Bom gave Ga Ho a kiss on the head, and looked at Ji Yong before walking towards the girls. Ji Yong looked back at her intently, as if telling her to stay and don't go. She didn't want to leave, but of course she has to. She was just glad that she got to spend time with him somehow, and have another important thing- or animal, in her life. They walked together to the door, as Bom stepped outside with the girls who were waiting patiently for her and talking amongst each other.
"Bye Oppa!" Chae Rin said, as the Dara and Minjy also followed her bye.
"Bye bye," Ji Yong replied to them, but then turned to Bom before they left and said, "Good night." He smiled at Bom, not saying bye but only good night. The other girls didn't notice, and only Bom did. She looked at him a second longer and held his gaze, as they stared longingly at each other. She finally turned around to follow the girls upstairs to go to their apartment.
Ji Yong held Ga Ho in his arms, as both of them stared after Bom. Ga Ho looking like he actually missed her, and Ji Youg thinking at how she was just more than perfect, oh how he wanted to just hold her and be with her.
"We can be together soon..." Ji Yong whispered into the air, as he closed his apartment door. "Let's just be patient."
When Bom got back to her apartment, and after getting ready for bed, she felt her phone vibrate beside her pillow. She flipped her phone to look who texted her, and her heart skipped as she saw Ji Yong's name appear on her screen.
" I also didn't get to mention 'Sweet Dreams'
I hope it's about me tonight, or is it like always? ^_* "
She chuckled and smiled as she texted back 'Good night' to him. She laid on her bed and closed her eyes, as the image of her and Ji Yong together popped in her mind, they were finally able to be together. Without the thought of anyone else but their happiness, nothing else mattered as long as they were together.
"Thank you for waiting for me," she whispered to herself as she found her self go into a nice and deep sleep.

She finally made it home, and was thankful she got back on time before it was completely dark outside. She had never been felt so lonely and scared as she had the last three years. It was unbearable, but yet she had to endure it. She wasn't ready, she couldn't and wouldn't just yet. She looked for her phone, and found it laying on top of her computer table.
As she picked up her phone a piece of green cloth caught her eye. She went towards where all her junks were, and found the handkerchief that Ji Yong had given her. She gently picked up, and placed it close to her face, and closed her eyes to think about the time he had given it to her after her debut with the rest of 2NE1. She inhaled to smell his faint scent still on it, she had never given it back to him, although he had always kept nagging her to give it back to her. She just always replied and said that she had lost it, when in reality, she just had wanted to keep it and that is what she did.
"Ji Yong-ah, do you have sweet dreams about me," She asked as she kept her eyes closed pretending that he could really somehow hear her. "Like I do about you?"
She fell to her bed, with his handkerchief close to her as she opened her phone to see if anyone had called her. There was no missed calls.

Ring Ring Ring
The phone rang in Ji Yong's mother's house, as he was laying down on the couch and resting from the tensioned event that occurred a few hours ago. Jiae and his mom were now preparing some food in the kitchen for them to eat.
Ring Ring
"Is someone going to get that?" Ji Yong shouted to the kitchen. He really didn't want to get up, as a matter of fact he really didn't want to do anything for the moment.
Ring!
"Aish..." he said underneath his breath as he got up to get the phone.
"Hello?" he said to the other line angrily.
"Hyung!" Seung Ri's voice replied back shouting. "Ga Ho! I don't know what to do with him!" Ji Yong's eyes opened wide, what happened with Ga Ho? He knew he should have followed his instincts in not letting Seung Ri watch him, why did he again?
"What happened?" he asked worriedly.
"I just fed him half an hour ago of like three bowls of dog food, but yet he still keeps going to his bowl, and demanding for more!" Seung Ri was nervous and worried, he never thought that this dog could eat so much. "Every time I tell him, 'no more', he looks at me like I'm stupid!"
"Aish..." Ji Yong expressed again. Next time, he definitely won't be asking for his help. "You called me just for that? And why are you calling me here?"
"Yes! And because you're not picking up your cell!" Ji Yong checked his pocket for his phone, but found out it wasn't there. He assumed he left it in his apartment, since he rushed to leave today.
"Aigoo. Just play with him for now and feed him later. He likes to be entertained or to sleep when he's not eating, so let him have one or the other."
"I tried playing with him! He just doesn't want to, this dog is like always spacing out or something!" Seung Ri exclaimed. "Hyung, help!"
"You just go to sleep, and wake up in two hours and give him some food, okay." Ji Yong quickly hang up feeling irritated.
He walked back to the couch, and as he lied down, the annoying phone rang again.
Ring! Ring! Ring!
He wasn't going to get up for this one.
"Ji Yong-ah! Can you pick up the phone?" No. He wasn't going to, he picked up the last one.
Ring! Ring!
"We're busy cooking you some food! Answer the phone!" Jiae shouted this time.
"Aishh!" he once again irritatedly got up from the couch, and picked up the phone to press the answer button and put the phone by his ears.
"Hello?" he said shouting, and more irritated this time. It must have been Seung Ri, not satisfied with what Ji Yong told him to do.
There was no answer.
"Hello? Is anyone there?" he asked annoyed.
There was no answer.
"Seung Ri?" he questioned, and at that moment he heard a choke of breath.
There was no answer. His breath stayed still, his eyes hard as he pressed the phone closer to his ears. There was a minute of silence from both of ends, that felt like forever to the both of them.
"Bom?..." he asked softly breaking the silence.
Then there was a click.
"Bom? Park Bom!" He was shouting now, but all he could hear was the beeping noise of the phone that told him that the person was no longer on the other line.

Forbidden Love by tonirose0724 Chapter 6

Chapter 6

[Nov. 29, 2009]

"Ahaha! Park Bom nuna was always so weird with people touching her purse an- Oh sh*t!" Seung Ri exclaimed. "I'm so sorry Hyung! I didn't mean to, I really am sorr-""It's okay," Ji Yong cut him off and gave him a small reassuring smile. But even Ji Yong's smile was forced, anyone can tell that he didn't mean it. It only made Seung Ri even more worried and sorry that he mentioned what he mentioned a few seconds ago.
"Ah crap, I've been doing so good, and damn, her name just went out my mouth like I couldn't even control it! I swear!" Seung Ri acted as if he was pleading guilty and asking for forgiveness of a crime he committed.
Ji Yong chuckled. He finds it funny how everywhere in YG, everyone feels like it was forbidden to say or mention Park Bom around him. Like if they mentioned her in front of him, they have sinned and will die in hands. When honestly, he doesn't mind when they say her name or talk about the things she did before. It made him feel like she was close to him, so close like he could go back in time and relive the life they had once together.
"You can mention Park Bom anytime you want," he smiled and ruffled his hair hair playfully. "But just make sure I don't hear you confessing your secret love for her."
"Aww dang! But I really did like Bommie before you did though!" Seung Ri replied back shouting as Ji Yong was making his way to the door and exit.
"In your dreams little buddy!" Ji Yong shouted back but not turning once as he said with a smile on his face as he left the room.
As soon as he left the door, he ran. He ran as fast as he could get his feet to take him. He needed to find a cab, not caring about the people staring and the fangirls running after him. The only thing that was going through his mind was, Park Bom...

♡♥♡
He smiled as she became more nervous on the ride to his home. She was unaware of her habits that always told Ji Yong how nervous she was. The way she always just stared at an object for a really long time. The way she would scratch her thumbnails with each other. They way she would just slightly move her upper body back and forth almost unnoticeable. The way she tightened her cheeks a little harder to purse her lips. But most of all after every few minutes she would give him the most nervous look as if to tell him he needed him to comfort her. He understood all of that.
She finally turned her head up to the left to look into his eyes. At that moment he took the chance to grab both her hands with his and hold it firmly to reassure her that everything will be alright.
"They'll love you, I promise," he softly said to her, and even tightened his hold onto her. Her face stayed with the same worried look.
"But what if they don't?" She asked with the most cutest face, he thought, in the world.
"I've lived with them all my life, I'm pretty sure I know what I'm talking about," Ji Yong laughed, as he took his left arm while his right hand stayed holding one of her hands, as he wrapped the other around her shoulder. She quickly laid her head on his shoulder.
Oh God, how he wished he could do all these things but not as a friend, but as a lover.
Since he first saw her, he was mesmerized. She was beautiful, actually no, she was beyond beautiful, the most beautiful girl he has ever seen. If love at first sight did exist, he could say that was what it was. He fell in love the moment he saw her. Not only did he fall for her beauty, her weird personality hit home-run for him. He's still debating whether it was actually her beauty or personality that made him fall in love with her.
He decided that it was both. Her beauty and her lovable and funny personality was what made him love her. He didn't even know when he realized it, for a long time now he has started to know in his mind that he loves her. Oh how he wished that he could say those three words to her.
Never in his life has he felt this way. Never in his life has a girl made him feel like this. Never in his life has he met such an amazing and different girl like her. Never in his life has he took home a girl to meet his family. Never in his life.
That is until he met Park Bom. She was different, and they were on their way to see his mother and younger sister.
Bom was finally convinced that his family wouldn't hate her. Why she thought that Ji Yong's family was instantly going to not like her, and make her not be in Ji Yong's life anymore? She did not know.
Maybe it really wasn't the fact that they would not like who she is. But more to the fact that the people she will meet today are the most important people in Ji Yong's life. And if they somehow disapprove of her, then it would be like saying she did not belong in his life at all.
"And if they somehow ended up not liking you at all, I'll just say that you're a crazy girl in need of shelter and love," he teased.
"That's not funny at all!" Bom lightly slapped his arm, but then laughed along with him later.
"We will be there in a minute," Ji Yong said. "Are you ready?"
"No," she nodded her head.
"You'll be fine, I promise."
Once again reassuring feeling came over her. Ji Yong always knew how to make her feel better. He has never failed.
"Okay, but I will blame you if my best friend's family doesn't like me," she replied as the taxi came to a stop and she looked at the place to her right of what seemed to be Ji Yong's house. It was a pretty decent house. You wouldn't suspect that it was from a family whose son was from a famous band member. There was a big wall blocking the outside from the inside, and a big green gate separating them from the house.
"Thank you," Ji Yong said to the taxi driver as he paid him the fee. "I've never lied to you before, have I?" He took her wrist and led her to the gate and rang the doorbell. He was afraid to take her hand again, lately he has been hesitant, afraid that he would scare Bom away with his affectionate actions.
The door was suddenly swung open, and on the other side was a cute teenage girl with long black hair and a pretty face that seems to resemble Ji Yong, instantly as she opened the door she ran to Ji Yong and gave him a huge heavy hug, that could have almost left him falling down. Bom immediately knew by the way the two greeted each other they seemed to be really close, that was his younger sister.
"Jiae! How are you doing kiddo? I missed you so much!" Ji Yong told his little sister as he gave her the same tight hug as she gave him.
"Oppa! This is so unexpected!" she let go to take a good look at Ji Yong and then she suddenly noticed Bom on the side, "Oh! Who do we have here?"
"This is Park Bom, Bommie this is Jiae, my little sister," Ji Yong introduced them.
Before Bom could even blink, Jiae came running to Bom and gave her the same type of hug she had given Ji Yong earlier. Bom didn't know how to react, couldn't even react to the younger girl suddenly hugging her! Before Bom could hug her back, Jiae had already let go and was looking at her with a smiling face, and a message that looked like she knew something that Bom probably didn't.
"So you're her!" Jiae smiled and pointed at her.
"Uhh... I am?" Bom looked confused, and in the side of her she heard a chuckle coming from Ji Yong. She didn't even want to look at him, instead she kept her attention on his adorable and definitely energetic sister. "What do you mean by that?"
"Come on! I got to let you meet Eomma!" Jiae didn't even answer her question, which she really needed, she was very much confused. As Ji Yong's sister dragged her to the inside of the house, she looked back at Ji Yong who was happily following them behind who was of course laughing his butt off. Bom kept a mental note to herself that he would get what he deserved later.
"Eomma!" Jiae shouted even louder. "I have two surprises for you!"
"Jiae, keep it down!" A lady's voice could be heard from the other side of the house that seemed to be getting closer and closer. Then suddenly, Bom saw a short pretty lady coming from the kitchen with kitchen attire on, she seemed to have been cooking something. She had a nice-natured face, like one of those older ladies that seemed to have a good life before and was now happy in their older years.
"Omo! Ji Yong-ah!" It was an exact reply of what had happened before with him and his little sister, but instead this time it was his mom. "Ji Yong-ah, why have you visited us only now?" Ji Yong's mom was now sentimental, she was beginning to cry, happy to see her son again.
"Eomma, don't cry, I've been so busy lately, and I tried to come here as soon as I can," Ji Yong told his mother as he gave her multiple hugs, trying to make her feel better. "Look I got you some of your favorite fruits!"
While the mother and son were catching up, Bom was touched at how close the three were. As Jiae was still holding Bom's wrist from dragging her to the inside, Bom saw that Jiae was also crying at the scene of Ji Yong coming back and reuniting with them again. Obviously Ji Yong was loved and cherished very much by his mother and sister, and Bom smiled at that.
"Oh! Eomma! Guess who Ji Yong brought home with him!" Jiae finally interrupted them as the two finished their hugs.
Ji Yong's mother turned around, and finally for the first time noticed that Bom was in the room. Her face began to show a confused look, wondering who this lady that her son brought home.
"Omo, who might this beautiful young lady be, that my son decided to bring home?" Ji Yong's mother slowly walked her way to Bom. Bom felt a little nervous, she felt like she was some kind of hostage that the younger sister kept, and the mother was the president of some gang who was about to question her.
Bom didn't know what to do, she didn't even answer her question without even knowing it. Jiae budged her to go on, as if to tell her, 'Go on, tell her who you are.'
"Uhm... Park... Bom," Bom said quietly and nervously. She was so nervous and freaked out that she almost didn't quiet hear a laughter on the side, that she only known-too-well, was coming from Ji Yong. Almost.
"Omo! Omo! Omo!" Bom has never heard anyone say that expression so much from one person in one day until today.
"I know!" Jiae joined in with the mother's excitement.
"Ehh...?" Bom couldn't help but blurt that out.
"Omo! It's her!" Ji Yong's mother and Jiae was jumping up and down now. "It's definitely her!" And now Bom was even more freaked out, her nervousness was out of the question. Out of all the feelings she thought she might feel today upon meeting Ji Yong's family, freaked-out was definitely not one of them. If only they would tell her what it is they are talking about, maybe it would be better for her, but they seemed to be staying in their own little world and ignoring her!
"Can you say that again?" Jiae asked Bom with excited eyes.
"Ehhh...?" They were shrieking louder now.
"Mom, Jiae, stop that," Ji Yong finally butted in, as he walked towards Bom. "I think you're scaring her." Ji Yong laughed, as he wrapped his arms around Bom to protect her from his family.
"Oh! We are so sorry!" Ji Yong's mother finally regained back to her calm-self. "Call me Eommoni." Bom was a little surprised to find that his mom wanted Bom to call her mom at the first meeting.
"Ah, that's alright, Eommoni," Bom gave out a nervous chuckle, not knowing what she should do now.
"So you are the famous and lovely Park Bom we have been hearing about, huh," Ji Yong's mother took Ji Yong's wrapped hands from Bom, so she could give Bom an affectionate hug.
"Ehh...?!" Bom said even louder than from the previous one. Ji Yong has told them about her before?
"I've heard so many good things, and much more funny things about you, young child," the lady was so kind and affectionate towards Bom. As she got a closer look at his mother, she seemed to be the type of mom, who put their everything into her family. Her eyes, her face, her hands seemed to tell that, especially her hands. As she touched Bom and hugged her and now leading her to the kitchen, Bom could feel that she had the soft hands good mothers have.
Bom couldn't help but feel happy that Ji Yong had such loving mother and sister in his life. He needed them, especially since he grew up father-less.
"Dear, do you mind singing for us sometime tonight?" Ji Yong's mother inquired.
"Is it true that you keep a deer's belly button in your purse, and give it to people who are sick?" Jiae asked her.
Throughout the night, Bom's night was full of surprises, questions, laughter, tears, and love. Ji Yong's mother and sister were more than eager to get to know Bom. They more than happy to find more about her as if she was some celebrity in the family, and it was all thanks to Ji Yong. She still doesn't know how he had told them about her, or what exactly it was that he told them, but she was happy that they loved her. She also loved them too.
His mother was kind, she was surprised to see a warm and kind mother, especially after all the things she's gone through in life. Her husband leaving her behind with two children to raise on her own, and having no one to support her financially, she was the opposite type of mother Bom expected to see.
Jiae, was such an adorable girl. She was seventeen years old, and she seemed to idolize her brother and look up to him a lot. She was just as kind as her mother and as bold as her brother. There was no doubt that her brother really cherished her, after they ate dinner, her brother surprised her with countless of gifts that a girl her age would only dream about. But even that, Bom could see she was not spoiled, she treasured every gift she got from her brother and every gift she got from God, including the family she has got.
Throughout the day, Bom teared up multiple times, to see how happy they were. After hearing so much about them, she was glad to witness the love this family had. The happiness and joy this small family gave each other.
"You don't know how glad I am to see a person who will care of my son while he's not with us," Ji Yong's mother thanked Bom with a smile on her face.
"I think he takes care of me more than I take care of him," Bom smiled back. "But I do my best to take care of Ji Yong-ah."
"Eomma, you should see how she hits and shouts at me when I do something she doesn't like!" Ji Yong exclaimed. "I don't think that's called taking care of me, I think that's more like abusing me, Miss Park Bom!"
"Ji Yong-ah!" His mother slapped him hard on the arm, and Ji Yong flinched and looked confused. "I'm sure Bommie knew what she was doing."
"Ehhh...?" Ji Yong questioned confused, whose side was she on? Now it was Bom's turn to laugh, she loves his family and how welcoming they were.
"You probably deserved it anyway, Oppa," Jiae said looking at her brother disapprovingly.
"That's right, Ji Yong, do you remember why I even hit you?" Bom questioned him with a smile on his face.
"Uhh.. hehe," Ji Yong couldn't answer, but instead stuttered with a laugh at the end.
"I'm pretty sure that it was cause you didn't know how to treat a lady, telling me- err- I mean her, how she should clean her room," Bom replied. "No matter how much of a clean-freak you are, you should be a little more respectful." Bom smiled at him happily.
"Ah! It bothers me when you leave all your clothes all over the florr," Ji Yong suddenly exclaimed, trying to defend himself.
"Ji Yong-ah! Treat Bom a little more nicely next time will you?" His mom told him.
"Of course," He smiled at her, and looked at Bom as if trying to tell her that he really will. "But only if she would stop using her bathroom slippers when she goes to my apartment."
"Hmph!" Bom pouted with a cute angry face that Ji Yong always loved to see.
"I can see Oppa really likes you," Jiae suddenly said to Bom, and Bom didn't know how to respond to that. "I've never seen him tease someone as much as he does to you."
"Jiae stop," Ji Yong immediately said to his sister with a rather serious tone of voice that had Bom and his family taken back.
"Why?" She questioned.
"Just stop before you say somethings that she doesn't want to hear," Ji Yong replied quietly as he stood up and took Bom's hand and dragged her to the living room.
"Why are you being like this?" Bom questioned him, but was fully aware at how tightly he was holding onto her hand, like he was slightly upset.
"I just don't want you to be scared away."
"What do you mean?" She was confused.
"To know my feelings for you," he whispered quietly, which she almost didn't catch. But once she processed it into her mind, she stopped him from walking, shook his hold of her, and looked at him in the eyes.
"I don't understand," she said firmly, demanding an explanation from him.
"There's nothing to understand, just forget about it okay?" He replied as he was about to turn around and keep walking just to avoid her question.
But Bom was quick to know what he was about to do, and quickly walked in front of him to block him from continuing on.
"No. I am not about to forget about it. Tell me."
It was a moment of silence after that, both not moving from the place they were glued on. They didn't look away, didn't blink for a second, and their breathings were the only thing that could be heard. Two people who was in the other side of the room, unknown to both Ji Yong and Bom, were intently watching and listening to their every move and conversations. Ji Yong's mom and sister definitely were interested and found this entertaining as they stood quietly with their ears perked up trying to eavesdrop every little thing they can to hear and see.
He took a deep breath without taking his eyes of her beautiful big brown eyes. He didn't have any other way to this, she had cornered him. He knew that he wouldn't get out of his house alive back to YG unless he did what he wanted her to do.
"I... like you." he kept his eyes on her.
Bom was taken by another surprise she didn't know what to say, or what to do. This was far the most surprising thing he has told her. What should she say to him? Should she say she felt the exact same things for him? Could it be possible that they can work things out?
"Oh..." she whispered as she was the first one to break away the eye contact.
"Oh?" he took her chin with his fingers and gently pulled it up so she would look at him. "Is that all you can say?"
Bom tried to look away, but every time she tried to he would somehow make her look at him. Of course that wasn't all she could say. She wanted to say more, tell her she felt the same way, but would it be okay? Would he be allowed to have a girlfriend? Would YG approve of it? Would it okay to like Ji Yong like he liked her?
"No," she nodded her head. "You can't like me."
"Well I do."
"No. You can't." she pleaded him rather than stating the fact. Because truly, she felt so happy right now to find out his true feelings for her that she's been only been able to dream about, but it broke her heart to know that she can't be with him.
"Why?" he asked her with a desperate look. "Do you not feel the same way? Just tell me if you don't. I promise I will never mention this again."
Bom's eyes were becoming blurry and misty, before she could help it tears were slowly rolling down her cheeks. She then heard a big sigh of regret from Ji Yong.
"You know how I'm powerless when you cry," he whispered to her as he put both his hands on the side of her face and used his thumb to wipe away her tears. From the background, two squeals could be heard, but both Ji Yong and Bom were oblivious to their surroundings.
He wrapped his arms around her and gently placed her head onto the crook of his neck as he also placed his head on top of hers. His mother and sister were now jumping up and down of joy, the mother and sister weren't able to hear what was said, but from the looks of it, it seemed like they were showing their true feelings for each other.
"Will you wait for me?" Bom pushed her head from him so she could look at him in the eyes, and see what the answer is for her question.
"Forever, Bom," he whispered as he held the side of her face again and closed his eyes and leaned in to her face so close that their noses were touching. Both Bom and Ji Yong had their eyes closed just letting the moment savor in to their minds and hearts. They understood each other well. Without Bom having to say anything anymore, Ji Yong knew what she was saying, what she was asking him. Bom also knew when he said forever, that he meant forever. He always kept his promises.
Right now was not the best time for them to do anything with their feelings, they both will have to wait until it was the right time. A minute later two squealing and excited people came next to them interrupting their quiet moment. Ji Yong and Bom were both startled with the noises next to them. Ji Yong gave a disapproving look at them, and Bom regained her normal self and wiped the little tears left in the corners of her eyes.
"Ah! Congratulations! I'm so happy for both of you!" Ji Yong's mother exclaimed as his sister nodded along with what her mom was saying.
"Eomma! Nothing happened!" Ji Yong told her.
"Oh." Ji Yong's mom and sister said in union.
"Yeah, we just cleared up somethings," Ji Yong replied as he let go of his hold of Bom.
"Heh, yeah, that was it, nothing else," Bom added with a reassuring smile.
"Oh." the mother said again. "Well whose up for some cookies?" She replied changing the subject quickly, although she couldn't help feeling disappointed.
"Oh me!" Bom and Ji Yong replied together, both were not excited to get some of the best cookies made in the world.
"Do you happen to have some Uksusu too?" Bom smiled as he asked her. Ji Yong laughed at that, both were now trying to do everything they can to forget what happened awhile ago, for now.
"Yeah she loves Uksusu and bread more than anything , mom" Ji Yong informed his mother. "I suggest every time she visits you, you better prepare your stock with some corn and bread!"
Ji Yong and Bom stayed there for some more hours, and late at night they prepared themselves and got up to leave. They said their goodbyes, with both Ji Yong's mother and sister crying to see Ji Yong leave. Also to see another important person, Bom, to be leaving as well.
"Oppa! You better visit soon okay?" Jiae hugged her brother with tears in her eyes. "I'll miss you so much! Bring Bom Unnie here as well!" Jiae hugged her brother another second and then went to Bom to give her the same goodbye hug.
"I like you Bom Unnie," Jiae whispered to her with a smile on her face. "I really think you should be my brother's girlfriend. I've never liked his past girlfriends before, but I think you're different. And that you're good for him."
Bom just smiled at her and hugged her tightly into her arms. She has always liked people younger than her, and Jiae was a nice girl, but what she told her, she couldn't respond to it, so instead she just hugged her in response. "I'll come back here again and many times after that, okay?" Jiae nodded happily.
Ji Yong and his mother were now saying their goodbyes to each other, as both were now tearing up.
"My son, I want you to keep doing what you're doing. No matter what you do, you've never failed in making me proud of you," his mother told him, as she hugged her son tightly and gave him motherly kisses all over his face.
"Thank you, mother," he said also crying.
"I'm happy to have a son like you."
"I love you, Eomma," Ji Yong was crying like a baby.
As Bom and Ji Yong were about to exit through the gate to get in to the cab outside the house, for they were only given a day to leave YG, Ji Youn's mom took hold of Bom's wrist and pulled her to the side. Ji Yong's mother had a smile on her kind face. Bom had never met such a lovely lady like Ji Yong's mom.
"Bom, I am so glad that Ji Yong decided to bring you here today," she told Bom. "I hope your first impression of us being scary and all, have changed."
Bom laughed, and smiled at Ji Yong's mother.
"Of course, you guys were wonderful, and I'm so happy to see Ji Yong lived with a great mother and sister by his side."
"Thank you Bom, but I'm more happy that Ji Yong has got you in his life," Ji Yong's mother now had a serious face. "For a year now, every time he called us through the phone or visited us a few times last year, he would always talk about this girl named, 'Park Bom.' And how wonderful and beautiful she was. I'm finally glad we have met the famous, Park Bom," she smiled at Bom, as Bom turned bright red.
"He said that?" Bom was flushing, Ji Yong's mother could see that Bom liked her son as much as her son liked her, no matter how much these two couldn't admit it.
"Yes, I leave him to you to take care of while I'm not there," she whispered. "Now, you guys better get going, so you can get there on time."
Ji Yong's mother and Jiae waved them goodbye as Ji Yong and Bom went inside the cab. As they drove back home, the two felt something different than before they came here. Bom met his family, the only girl to have ever done so, and above all of that they love her. Both were now aware of each others' feelings. But yet their feelings for each other would have to be kept to only the both of them, and yet unmentioned to each other.
Bom looked at the street lights outside, while Ji Yong wrapped his arm around her as Bom placed her head on top of shoulder. Ji Yong watched her look at the streets, he couldn't help but love her more each second. She was just flawless and perfect. Even his family thought so, they even probably liked Bom now more than they liked him. He was happy to see her fit in with his family. As he thought about the great visit they had today, he slowly placed his head on top of hers and closed his eyes to thank God how blessed he was to have three wonderful women in his life. And one of them was the love of his life who was now sitting close beside him. He couldn't be anymore thankful.
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
He ran, so fast that he didn't even know he had the speed to run as he did now. He couldn't believe it. He was so stupid for not realizing it until now. How did he not think about it before?
"Park Bom, I promised you that I will wait for you forever," he panted as he kept running trying to find and catch a cab.
If he was right, how could they not tell him anything?
"But sometimes waiting forever can be tiring."
Why would they keep this a secret from him? How could they not tell him why Park Bom left, or where she went.
"Don't worry, I'll still wait," he said, as he ran faster for he saw a cab parked about ten feet away from him. "I'll wait and look for you."
"Cab!" He shouted, as he finally made it, and opened the door and seated himself in, and told the taxi driver his destination.
To his mother and sister's house.
He was sure they knew of the answers he has been looking for.
"Park Bom, wait for me."

-By the way I change the sub-titles as the dates of when I originally published them on YGLadies Forum. You can see when I actually had the chapters done.

Forbidden Love by tonirose0724 Chapter 5

Chapter 5

[Nov. 26, 2009]

After the heart-felt story that Ji Yong gave Bom, they became closer, as friends and people. They understood each other, they were able to know each other's feelings without having to tell the other of what it is that they are feeling. After that they seemed to have this special bond, a bond that the only two of them knew about. But to everyone else it was unknown, only their friendship could be seen but nothing more. It was an unofficial secret that both of them decided to have. Two years after they had met each other Ji Yong became a member along with Seung Hyun, Tae Yang, Dae Sung and Seung Ri of Big Bang. Both Bom and Ji Yong were at the age of twenty years old then. It was not until another two years later that Bom and the other girls formed 2NE1.___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
♡♥♡
"Big Bang! Ahhh!" There were loads and loads of VIP's in the crowd as the guys were about to go on-stage and perform "Lies." It's been some months since they debuted, and oh boy, weren't they already stealing the hearts of most teenage girls.
Park Bom was still a YG trainee and she was at first going to debut as a solo singer but then it was changed. In a couple of years or maybe sooner she would be debuting as a member of a girl group. But for now, all the fame and eyes were on Big Bang. Bom's big, dark brown eyes though, were set on one particular guy.
"Ji Yong-ah! Hwaiting! Yah! Yah! Yah!" She screamed on the top of her lungs from the side of the back-stage area as Ji Yong walked with the other members to the stage. He looked at her, and gave her a sweet smile. She was surprised he had heard her after all even with all the louder screaming fan girls in front of the stage.
"Hwaiting," he quickly turned his head towards her and mouthed to her quietly, and gave her a quick wink, that made her heart thumping. She quickly looked down to make sure no one of the staff or YG family saw that Ji Yong had given her a wink.
She doesn't know of what Ji Yong feels for her, but what she feels for him cannot be known to anyone else but herself. It was a little secret that she would keep only to her own little heart for the rest of her life. If she was to reveal it, nothing would be right, nothing would work out and most of all, she would just get hurt.
"Bommie Unnie. what are you doing? Don't just stand there, watch the Oppas do good!" Chae Rin was suddenly next to her. Bom was thankful that she was not there in the beginning to see the little incident had happened. "Ji Yong Oppa! Hwaiting!" Chae Rin shouted to her biggest fan.
Chae Rin and Ji Yong have known each other for a long time. Ever since Chae Rin had become a YG trainee five years ago, when she was thirteen, Ji Yong had been more than eager to become her friend and take the role as a bigger brother in her life. Unknown to anyone else, but Bom, of his childhood years, Ji Yong has a younger sister. As he first saw Chae Rin, he was instantly reminded of his younger sister back home that he couldn't directly take care of. So he decided to pay back his duties through Chae Rin and be a good Oppa to her.
It was a great performance that the boys gave, everyone loved it and they gave it their all as always. As they finished their performance Bom, Chae Rin, along with the newest YG trainee, Dara and Minjy were waiting for them in the waiting room to congratulate the guys. The girls were excited to see their sunbaes doing so well and only in the beginning of their musical career.
Minjy gave all the boys a high-five as she told Dae Sung, "I knew my big brother would do so well!" As she raised herself up to give him a pat on the back. The two pair were always told how much they both resembled each other, that both have decided to embrace that and make it their own little inside-joke always calling each other "little sister" and "big brother."
Dae Sung ruffled her hair and gave her a smile with his smiling eyes, "As always Minjy- yah!"
Dara on the other hand was the newest of the all the YG trainees and was a little bit more shy than others. She didn't know who to really approach and give a personal congratulatory. But somehow she just found Top next to her, and so she decided to take a shot and talk to him. Although in the past it had never been so successful, so maybe she shouldn't. But in the end decided to congratulate him anyway.
"Uhm... You did good today," She tilted her head up to get a good look at his face. She was hoping this would not turn out to be one of their awkward moments as they always never failed to have. The two had been known to be the awkward pair of the YG family.
"Thanks... I hope I can do better next time," as Top gave her a smile, but then turned into a disappointed look as if he probably shouldn't have said what he said. Dara just nodded at him and smiled a little, as she didn't know what to say after him, since she said that he did good today, but he just replied and said he hope he can do better. What was she supposed to reply to that?
While Dara and Minjy were both having their own little conversation, Chae Rin got along with all the guys that she didn't have a problem with expressing her happiness for them. She was now both conversing with Seung Ri and Tae Yang. Tae Yang was very polite and thanking her for every compliment she had given him. While Seung Ri was adding compliments about himself after Chae Rin complimented him already! She didn't bother fighting with him today though, they were always like cat and mouse always at each other's throat every minute they see each other. But today though, she would let him have his way since today was a big day for them. She looked around hoping to find Ji Yong Oppa, but there was not one trace of him in the room. Little did she know that Bom was also nowhere to be seen.
Just about three floors above from where the rest of the YG family were, two people were sharing a moment together on the fall night air on the rooftop. The big moon was shinning, the stars sparkling, the dark blue sky and the bright lights of Seoul night added a romantic feel to the atmosphere that when a stranger saw them across from another building, they might have mistaken them for a two love pair sharing a romantic night on the rooftop.
They were both sitting very closely next to each other on the floor with their hands wrapped around their knees, as they both are looking up at the night sky.
"I've always just liked looking up and stare at the stars and the moon at night," Bom said aloud without taking her eyes off from the night sky above. "When I was little I dreamed of flying to the moon and the stars and just live in the moon where I will be far away from the problems of the world."
Ji Yong looked at her with gentle eyes. He smiled at how full of dreams and hopes Bom was. He had never met a girl with so much optimism as Bom did, even if she knows something is bad, she will just keep hoping and being positive that it's okay and that it will be better next time.
"When I lived in the States with my family, me and my older sister would just sit outside the balcony at night and just talk," Bom whispered to Ji Yong. She turned her head to the right to look at him, and she found him already looking at her with a gentle smile on his face. She quickly looked down to hide her embarrassed face.
"Park Bom," as her name rolled out of his tongue, her heart skipped a bit and she looked up to see his eyes. "Have I ever told you how cute you are?"
She blushed even more. She didn't have the courage yet to look up.
"Omo, is that a blushed-face I see on Park Bommie?" Ji Yong said teasingly as he put his face closer to hers, acting like he couldn't believe it.
"No," Bommie quickly said.
"I don't think so, I think I'm right," he laughed, as she suddenly felt him pinching her cheeks slowly.
"Hmph!" She looked at him with a pouting face as he was still pinching her cheeks like a grandma would do to her grandchildren.
He laughed even harder and now he used both his hands to pinch both her cheeks!
"Ehhh...?!" Bom was now fighting back and took hold of Ji Yong's two cheeks with both her hands.
They were like that for some minutes, both not wanting to let go and just laughing. And both did not want to let go of the other's cheeks. They were both laughing hard though, they felt like two little kids again and just sharing a nice and fun time with one of your best friend.
"Bommie Unn-" a voice by the door said but quickly stopped.
The two pair froze as they looked back at the door to find Chae Rin looking at them with a confused look. Bom quickly let go of her hold of Ji Yong, as after some seconds later Ji Yong also followed.
"Ah, Chae Rin-ah!" Bommie replied and quickly stood up, acting as if she was caught doing something she wasn't suposed to be doing. Ji Yong on the other hand was calm, and not affected at all by the disrupt that occurred.
"I couldn't find you, and one of the staff said they saw you come up here..." Chae Rin quietly said. She turned her eyes from Bom and looked at Ji Yong, only to find him looking at Bom who seemed a little uncomfortable. "Ji Yong Oppa, I couldn't find you either, but someone said that you left already, so I didn't look for you..."
"Oh, I was about to, until I remembered I had to give back something to Bom," Chae Rin was instantly satisfied with the answer, and quickly walked over to them, and went to the middle so she could take each of their hand, as she pulled them through the door. "Let's go with the rest of the guys and partaayyy!"
Chae Rin's confused face in the beginning and was changed to a happy face once again. Bom and Ji Yong were quiet, both felt like their closeness must now be hidden from the rest of the world.
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
♡♥♡
"Now that you're popular, you are going to forget about me now," Bom seated herself on the sofa in the music room, as Ji Yong was across from her playing a melody of one of the Big Bang's song on on the piano.
Bom hoped that he didn't hear her say that last sentence, but unfortunately to her, Ji Yong stopped playing the piano and looked at her straight in the eyes.
"Why would I do that?" His face was serious, Bom almost regretted saying what she said. "Park Bom, what makes you think I'll forget about you?"
She stayed quiet not wanting to get him any angrier. They were alone together in the practice room at 5:00 in the morning. It was their chance to get away from the world and left only together. Now that Ji Yong was so popular, it was getting harder and harder for them to be able to talk and hang out like they used to. Everywhere there were fangirls screaming and trying to get as close as they can physically to Ji Yong.
Bom on the other hand, felt like she had no right and shouldn't intrude with his life anymore. After all, she didn't want to make and have scandalous stories saying that Ji Yong has a girlfriend who is a trainee from the same company. She couldn't risk ruining him, she cared for him too much. This was what he was waiting for to help his family out, and Bom knew that too well.
"Answer me..." he pleaded quietly. "Do I not give time to you enough?"
She stayed quiet.
"Do I not care for you enough?" He asked once again.
"That's not it," Bom whispered quietly feeling guilty that she made them come to this conversation, that she had been trying to avoid since Ji Yong debuted.
"Then what is it?" He stood up to sit next to her, and propped her chin up so she could look at him.
"I don't know.... I just feel like there's other better people now for you to be with than with me," her eyes were very sad now, Ji Yong's heart pained as he saw the sadness in her eyes.
"Never."
She tried to smile a little. She believed him, even when she said those words to him in the beginning she knew he wouldn't ever forget her. Her mind just told her that he should forget about her.
"No matter how many fangirls I'll end up having, a million, a billion... I know you will always be my number one fangirl," he winked at her and gave her a smile that made her heart melt.
"Yeah, and all those gazillion fangirls you have will want to kill while I'm sleeping!" the atmosphere was now changed into a happy and teasing one.
"I won't ever let them," he gave her a huge and tight hug to make her feel better.
After awhile of just talking Ji Yong said, "We should probably get something done, didn't Hyung-nim want you to make a video of you singing to release it before you debut next year?"
"Yeah, should we record in the recording room, or do it over here?" she inquired.
"I guess we can go to the recording room, it wouldn't really matter much either way," they made their way to the little room next door as Ji Yong brought with him his video camera that was sitting on one of the desk.
Bom stood in the middle of the room as Ji Yong stayed about 5 feet from her to get a better view for the camera.
"Oh I almost forget to play the music for the song, what are you going to sing?"
"'Never Let You Go'," she whispered quietly as if she was embarrassed to tell him.
"Okay, let me look for it real quickly," After a few moments Ji Yong finally got everything ready, song set up, and the camera too. He gave her a thumbs up and a smile as he started the music and pressed record on the camera.
Ji Yong didn't know why, but his heart beat started beating faster, his face was beginning to get hot. He looked at her through the camera, and once again blown away at how beautiful she looks. Believe it or not, this was the first time he will be hearing her sing just for him. She was always singing for a group of people and sometimes with a group of people, but never just for him.
"If I had one wish boy,
I'd wish you next to me
And it could be in Summer, Fall, or Spring boy
Cause you make my heart sing
I wanna give my heart, my soul, my love to you , ohh baby, yeah
Cause everyday I'm not with you, I'm missing you,
Like crazy"
He was mesmerized by her beauty, she looked even more stunning as she sang. Her voice was beautiful that gave him chills and shivers down his back, that made his hair go up. She was just simply perfect. Her voice was so unique that he had never heard of a more beautiful voice.
"I need for you to,
Love me (love me)
Hold me (hold me)
Touch me (touch me)
Down deep in my soul,
Never let it go,
Of the love we share, no one compares to you
I'll never let you go,
Cause I really love you so
ohh I,
I'll never let you go"
"That's a promise Park Bom," he quietly whispered, but not loud for her to hear him. He pressed the record button to stop recording. He couldn't breathe, he was just simply blown away. There were no words to describe how he felt right now.
Ji Yong looked at her and stared at her while there was a moment of silence. Bom was looking down feeling embarrassed that she sang this, especially to him. Those lyrics was so powerful, that it had a big after effect on both of them.
It felt like a secret message that Bom was trying to tell Ji Yong that she couldn't say in person. And Ji Yong understood. He knew that this song was for him.
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
"Why did you break your promise, Park Bom?" He whispered to himself as he was sitting on the rooftop of the building just looking up at the night sky. He remembered at how beautiful she looked, how amazing her voice sounded, and how all together she had blown him away.
"I've kept my promise, how come you didn't keep yours?" he looked at the moon and the stars as if they were Bom, and somehow as he kept talking she would somehow hear him.
"I hope your dreams have come true, and that you are living on the moon and having such a good time," he chuckled a little. "While I'm here all alone without you."
Without him realizing it, his eyes were becoming misty. "I love you, wasn't that enough?"

Forbidden Love by tonirose0724 Chapter 4

Chapter 4

[Nov. 19, 2009]

♡♥♡"Park Bom," her heart skipped, her body frozen and her mind seemed to swirl in circles. Every time he calls out her name, she always seemed to have this special reaction as he calls out her name. It was as if, her body seemed to belong to Ji Yong, that whenever he calls her name, she couldn't stop herself from reacting to it. She tried to brush off that idea by quickly regaining herself back and instantly giving him an annoyed look.
She turned around, hoping that he couldn't tell what he really was making her feel. From the moment they had met, she had this weird feeling that he was a person who was capable of knowing about her more than she had ever wanted anyone to ever know. And that really scared her.
"Yes?" she questioned him, but she wanted to say more than that. She wanted to ask what he wanted, how his day was, what his favorite color is and just get to know him. Of course she couldn't do that. They have known each other for a little more than two months now, and she still didn't know him very well. They've talked, he's always talking, well- more like trying to talk to her, but Bom was always hesitant to talk back with him. She felt like if she gets to know him, she's afraid that a part of her has been stripped down and shown to the world. Especially to him.
"Where are you going?" he quickly caught up with her as she quickly turned back around and continued walking. She was confused. How can this guy make her feel like this?
"Why do you want to know?" she ignored his question.
"Why can't I know?" again he also answered her question with a question. If there was one thing Bom noticed about him, was that he never gives up. Especially with the things he wants.
"Well why should I tell you?" Bom never does either.
"Well why can't you?" she gave out an exasperated sigh, she was not going to win, so she might us well give up.
"Because I don't really know you," well almost gave up, "and you might want to kidnap me," but she was disappointed that she could not come up with a better come back.
He let out a chuckle, "We live in the same building, why would I want to risk doing that when I could just stalk you?" He gave her a playful wink, and immediately a pink tint of color could be seen on her cheeks. "And plus, you can get to know me right now. Actually how about we just get to know each other? How does that sound?"
They continued walking, but Bom did not give a response. She did not want to let him know her true feelings, that she also wanted to get to know him. Every time she sees him, every time they are in the same room, every time they are close to each other, every time that she hears his name from someone, her body never fails to let her know that she has this reaction that she doesn't want to admit to herself that she does.
She was in denial. Why?
Boys was never her best subject in life, and boys and relationships put together was even worse for her. Actually she has only had three boys in her life. One is her dad, another one is in 5th grade named Derek who asked her out, but that technically was nothing but kids trying to act like they know what relationship was about; the other was her first official and last boyfriend she had, Travis.
Bom and Ji Yong walked together for awhile as Ji Yong asked her random questions about herself.
"What's your favorite color?" he would ask.
"Green," Bom always tried to answer short, and nothing more.
"How old are you?"
"Eighteen years old."
"What's your favorite food?"
She paused, looked up for a few seconds, and finally responded, "I can't decide," she paused again, "but my two favorites are oksusu and bread!" she finally changed her expression from nothing to dreamy, food always made Bom happy.
He let out a chuckle, as he heard her answer, "Oh right, I should've known, after that incident at the restaurant, I recall that you just asked for corn and bread."
If there was a word that would describe Ji Yong's feelings at this time for Bom, it was fascination. There was something about Bom that lured him in like he was being pulled by this force that always kept him wanting more. Wanting more to know her, and talk to her, and see her.
He kept questioning her a little more about herself, until Bom immediately stopped. And in front of them was a bakery shop.
At that moment Ji Yong just wanted to laugh and smile at her innocence and her love for bread. Her eyes were twinkling as she stood outside and stared at all the bread that could be seen through the window. She slowly used her hands to look for her wallet in her giant big purse, but still kept her eyes on all the food. She finally got a hold of her purse, and she quickly opened it to see how much money she has.
"Ehhh?..." she let out. Ji Yong just stood beside her watching her every action she made. He was definitely amused, and he found himself smiling so widely that he finally realized that as he was doing this his cheeks were starting to cramp.
He walked closer towards her, and he let out a hearty laugh as he gently took hold of her left hand with his right to pull her inside the store.
Bom couldn't say anything, just dumbfounded that he was suddenly holding her hand. One moment she was caught up of thinking how she didn't have money, and the next Ji Yong took her hands and grabbed it.
"What do you want?" he asked her straight-forwardly as he finally succeeded in getting Bom inside without much trouble.
"No, I don't want anything," she replied shyly, because she was really bad at lying.
"Sure, like your 'Ehhh...?' didn't mean anything," he said as he imitated her now famous line ,because of the incident at the restaurant, perfectly.
"No, seriously," she insisted, but this time with more firm, that could have made it more believable if it wasn't for the next thing that happened. Both of them hear a loud grumbling sound that seems to becoming from Bom's stomach.
"Okay, but I think your stomach is saying otherwise," he chuckled as he turned to the cashier, "Just give me seven breads of whatever you think is the best."
"OMO! Seven?!" she freaked out at him.
"Don't be conceited, not all of that is for you," he said in a teasing manner.
"Here you go, that will be $6.59," the cashier gave him the bread, "I hope you and your girlfriend enjoy this," as she gave them an approving smile.
"Oh no-"
"We will," Ji Yong responded as he interrupted Bom and gently grabbing her hand with his own while holding the bag of bread with his other hand.
After they finally left the store, Bom quickly jerked her hand out his hold.
"What is wrong with you?" she was upset. Even though it was nothing to get all worked up about, she didn't like what he did.
"Well I didn't want to waste more time and give her a longer explanation that we actually are not going out, and that we actually barely know each other. Instead, I just simply agreed with her, and 'Viola!' we're out of that situation, and we will never have to see that girl again," he said cooly, like nothing was wrong with what he did.
But of course Bom thought otherwise. "Well you lied to her, and there's nothing in the world that I hate more than someone pretending something they're not."
She turned away from him and quickly kept walking by herself, not caring if he followed. She was very sensitive to things like this. She had a great feeling of hatred to lies, people who lies. That was something that she was not able to tolerate.
Bom walked for some distance, she does not know how much, she was just too occupied with feeling upset that her mind couldn't focus to anything around her, she doesn't even know if Ji Yong left and went the other way, since she has not looked back to see. She still kept walking until she found a bench on a quiet street that no cars seemed to be passing by. Instead she suddenly found herself feeling peaceful, as she heard the birds chirping, the sun with a beautiful pink glow as it was setting down, and the light cool breeze of the air that mixed very well with the warm temperature.
She sat softly on the side of the bench, as she just closed her eyes and let herself relax and get away from the world. She doesn't know how long how she stayed like that, but she was finally interrupted by a voice next to her.
"My dad left me, my mom, and younger sister when I was seven and my sister only three years old then," she was startled by him, by his all-of-a-sudden presence next to her, that made her wonder how long he has been sitting there next to her, but most of all she was startled by his words and what he told her.
She didn't know how to respond, she was afraid that she would say something wrong and make him even feel worse. Instead she stayed quiet, looked at him will full attention and just let him speak.
"I hated him. I hated how he was not a man enough to to be a father to me and my sister nor a husband to our dear mother. I hated how he left us because he was a coward and couldn't face the responsibilities he had," Bom's heart ached, it pained to see the guy who was always full of energy and life and spirit suddenly brought down with sadness and pain. She wanted to reach out to him, touch his hand, touch his face, give him a hug, anything to let him know that it was okay.
"From that moment on I promised myself to never become like him, believe that I was born without a father, and become the father to my sister that she will never have," he still had his eyes close, which Bom was thankful for. If he had looked at her straight in the eyes while telling her his story, she would not have been able to take it.
"We were poor, barely had enough money to buy food, my mother had to struggle to keep me in school, while also buying the needs that a three year old baby needed," he continued softly. Bom didn't know if he was even talking to her anymore, it was as if he was in a different world and was talking to himself instead.
"I did my best to forget about him, and erased all the memories I had of him, vowed to myself that I will succeed in life one day and support the family he was never able to support," he continued.
Bom was aching and she wanted badly just to wrap her arms around him.
"I was so happy when I got into YG, through this I will make money and give my mother and baby sister what they deserve," Bom's eyes were already watery of tears that wanted to flow down.
He finally opened his eyes and looked at her straight in her eyes, while Bom's tears were flowing down out of her eyes quickly.
"When you told me that you hated me because I lied, I began to remember the time when my dad came home and my mom just found out he had cheated on her," tears were now coming out of Ji Yong's eyes, Bom could not take it anymore and scooted closer to him, and gently placed his head on her shoulder as she put one hand on his back and moved her hands back and forth across his back to calm him down while the other hand was around the front of his shoulder to secure him in his place next to her.
"I lived most of my life making sure that I would not become the person I hated the most, the man who screwed me and my family," he was now looking ahead while he was still wrapped around Bom's arm and his head placed on her shoulder and the crook of her neck.
"But now here I am suddenly resembling him."
She took her right hand that was on his shoulder, and put it on his face to wipe his tears away gently. She always had a soft spot for people's past, especially those who was neglected as a child.
"Sshhh... It's okay," she suddenly felt this motherly instinct in her, she gently placed her cheeks on top of his head, and continued rubbing his back.
They stayed like that for a long time until the it was dark outside, the post lights were turned on, instead of birds you could hear the singing of the crickets, and the shining moon and stars were seen in the sky.
"I'm sorry," Bom quietly said, it was so softly spoken that if Ji Yong was not sitting that close to her, he might not have been able to hear what she said.
"For what?" he finally lifted his head up from her shoulders and gave her a questioning look.
"For making you feel like this today," she said quietly, she was upset with herself that she got mad for nothing, and in the end affecting Ji Yong and making him remember this painful part of his life.
"Don't," he gave her a true warming smile, "it felt good to finally let this out to someone."
She looked down as she felt her cheeks heating up, she was only thankful that it was dark outside so he probably could not see the changing color of her cheeks.
They both stood up, and walked back home to their apartment building as the mood was totally change since the beginning of their walk. They laughed, smiled, shared more stories about their life. Bom was eager to talk to him, as Ji Yong was excited to share a little more of his life and find out a little about Bom's. At the end of the walk Bom could not even remember why she went for a walk earlier that day, she was just so happy to finally make a new friend. She even forgot about the bread he bought for her! How could she forget about one of the greatest things in life? The next morning she went to look in the fridge for some breakfast, and found inside a plastic bag with the all the seven pieces bread inside, and on it was a sticky note.
"Park Bom,
You forgot to eat your bread.
Since you didn't eat this with me yesterday, I think you owe me another walk.
P.S. And no, I wasn't the one to come in your apartment and put it here...
Or was I...? ^_* "

"I'm sorry Ji Yong-ie," she whispered quietly as she couldn't help but cry out in tears as she fell on the sand floor with such an aching heart.
