Chapter 10
"Cameron Yang? OMG! It is you!" one guy called from her back. Cammy is waiting for agent Calvin outside the university. He needed to report back to the office. "Ehhhhh!!! Vicente Xia!" she run towards him and they hugged each other. They're high school classmates and best of friends. "How are you girl? You look fabulous! Please, call me Vince. The name Vicente is kinda irritating," he said. Cammy laugh out loud. He's still the same as before. If people would see them, they will think that they're lovers.But it can't be. Because Vince like men. "I'm doing good, thank you. What are you doing here?" she ask as they sit down by the bench. "I'm doing some research studies about my proposal this week and Dong Han Univesity is the place to be. How bout you? Hmmm, let me guess, you finally realized that studying is very important so you go back to college?" he said laughing. "Aiyoh! You know me very well that I hate school. I'm on a mission. It's undercover so better shut your mouth ok?" she warn him. "Ohh. So you really became a police? That's great. Anyway lets not talk about your work. How is Maddy? Do you have a boyfriend already?" he keeps asking. "Maddy is good. Still a geek. Uncle send her to Hongkong for a while until I finished my mission here. As for boyfriend, I'm very glad to inform you, I don't have." she pouted. "What? You're soo slow darling," he said. "I have this thing with my colleague though. Sad to say, his skinny girlfriend came into the picture. We're both here in the campus and we're acting as students," then an idea came to her mind. "Well this is your chance! Take the opportunity to snatch him away to his girlfriend. Wei! I don't like the way you look at me," he felt nervous. "Vince, I never ask any favor from you since we're in high school right? I'm asking now. Can you act as a man in front of Calvin? I would really, really appreciate it. Pai tuo? Pai tuo!" she begged him. "What for?" he asked. "I told him that I found the man who stole my heart. It's suppose to be my confession to him but suddenly enters Ms. Skinny lady. To save my shattered pride, I describe something like you. If he approach us, let me do the talking. Just act ok?" she explained. "Ok. But I have a deal with you. I need a place to stay for a week. You will provide for me." he said. "Aiyoh! We'll talk about that later. He's here!" she said. Agent Calvin came. "Let's go Cameron," "Wait! I want you to meet my new friend Vince." she introduce them at each other. Agent Calvin offered his hand. "Calvin Chen," He accept his hand. "Vince Xia," "He's here for the research studies. He have a huge rented apartment and he offered to share it with us. I just have to talk to uncle about it." she explained. "Is he...?" "Yes. He is the one I'm talking about." Cammy answered quickly. "You just know him for a few days and you want to stay with him in a rented house?!" agent Calvin said in a high tone. "Aiyoh! Isn't it great for you? I will leave your house , you and ms. skinny will have more time with each other. Besides, uncle is with me, what are you mad about?" she answered. "Fine! Suit yourself!" he walk away. "Is that Calvin Chen? The apple of your eye? He's a hottie! I think my undies fell! Can I have him please?" Vince batted his eyelashes. "Shhh! Shut up! He can hear you!" she warn him. "He's pissed when you said about the house thing. Wait! You don't have a house?" he asked. "I'll tell you everything later. Uncle will be happy to see you. He will let you stay with us, you'll see," they walk inside the campus. "What do you mean? Isn't it obvious that you adore my sister?" Maddy felt pain in her heart when she said that. "Yes. I adore her... as a sister. She knows it and she's very happy. The day I saw that picture on her table, I knew it wasn't Cammy. Mysterious looking yet have fragile eyes, that's how I see you. I confirmed when I saw you that day in your house. I can't get my eyes off you. I fell in love the first time I saw you," finally the words came out from his mouth and he feels great about it. Maddy started to cry. Then laugh. Then she hit officer Jiro in the arms very hard. "Ouch! What was that for?" he said laughing. "If you told me earlier, I wouldn't get crazy thinking about you and my sister, Idiot!" she answered. "Come here," he ask Maddy to move closer. Officer Jiro pulled her and hugged her tightly. "Can you walk slowly?" Cammy is chasing agent Calvin. She pulled his arms. "What is wrong with you?" she's starting to get irritated. He's been ignoring her for the whole day. "I don't have a problem so leave me alone!" he shouted at her. Cammy thinks her eardrums blasted with his loud voice. She is very surprise. She never seen agent Calvin get angry like that. Then her stupid eyes become watery. Agent Calvin saw it and he felt bad about her. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to shout at you," he move closer to wipe away her tears. "Well, well, well. what have we got here," Warren appeared from nowhere clapping his hands. He still have bandage in his nose. "Having a lover's quarrel? Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. I told you Maddy, you should have chosen me instead of this jerk. You will never shed a single tear from me." he continued. "Get lost!" she turn her back and walk away but Warren hold her arms tightly. She felt pain. "If I die and going to leave again, I will never love a bastard like you! Let go!" she shouted pulling her arms. Warren lifted his hands and going to hit her but agent Calvin catch it. "I swear if you laid your dirty hands on my girlfriend again, you'll drop dead right where you're standing." he said furiously.
