"Reincarnation Chapter 4" written by mbwzy
Winnie and Vincent flew to Los Angeles, California. They lived in a small apartment. Winnie and Vincent changed their hairstyles and hair color so that nobody would recognize them. Winnie dyed her hair blonde which made her look so different from her black hair from before that it's like she's a different person now while Vincent dyed his hair brownish reddish which looks cool on him. They even changed their names to Weslee Gao and Vladimir Gao. Weslee auditioned for Born To Be A Star while Vladimir auditioned for Can You Dance?. They changed family background. They said that they we're born in Manila (capital of Philippines) but they said that their father was a Taiwanese and their mother is a Filipina even though both of their parents are Filipino and their not really half pinoy and half Taiwanese. They told a lie because they must or their grandfather would take them back to Canada plus it's better this way because they also promised their grandma. Weslee sang the song called "The Climb." "There's always gonna be another mountain. I'm always want to make it move. Always gonna be an uphill battle, sometimes your gonna have to loose. Ain't about how fast I get there. Ain't about what's on the other side...It's the climb." The judges commented her. "Good job! So why of all many songs did you pick this one?." Weslee replied and said, "It's because this song reminds me that I have to keep climbing until I reach my goal. I won't stop no matter who interferes me. I will reach it 'til the end." "And your goal is?," the second judge asked. Weslee replied and said, "It's to prove to my grandfather that he can also be proud of me as a great singer in the future." "Very well said, I'll give that a yes," said the second judge. "I'll give you a chance to show yourself. Welcome to Hollywood!" said the third judge. Weslee was so excited and said,"Oh Thank you! Thank You!." Vladimir danced a slow song, it's not hip-hop or pop or something dancy but it's something that tells the audience how he feels inside his heart. The judges commented on him. "What a lovely performance. Yes for that!" said the first judge. "It touched our hearts. That'll be a yes!" said the second judge. "Go for it my man! Hollywood!!!." "Thanks really!" Vladimir said. Meanwhile at Vancouver Canada, Leonardo found out that his grandchildren our missing. He was so mad that he called the great detectives in Canada. Then he got a phone call from one of his detectives. "What is it Mike? Do you have news yet? If you still don't have info about them just hang up and don't waste my time. Okay?" said Leonardo. "Sir! Wait! It's a good news. I've got an info. Turn your tv to channel five and six." said Mike, one of Leonardo's detectives." Leonardo turned it to channel five and six. "What the heck is this program? Are you playing dumb with me Mike?." said Leonardo. "No Sir! Look closely at contestant number four on channel five and contestant number seven on channel six. They looked like your missing grandchildren." "Now that you have mentioned it, they do. Mike where is this damn place?" said Leonardo. "Sir! It's on Los Angeles, California U.S.A." said Mike. "I want you to investigate on those two and right away. Do you have their names?." said Leonardo. "I'm sorry Sir but according to my allies, their names hasn't been said yet on tv but on their next episode, they will reveal their names." said Mike. "All right then. Call me if you have a new info about those two. I think something really is fishy in here." said Leonardo. "You got it Sir! I'll do my best and I'll call you right away." said Mike. Mike who is in Vancouver flew to L.A. to spy on those two. President Leonardo was thinking in his mind..."Hmmm...Is it really those two or not? But the both of them hate cutting and dying their hair. It can't be that it's them but I have to take the risk so that I could find them. My reputation will be ruined. What would my social friends say if they found out my successor is joining a stupid show? I guess I'm thinking too much. It's probably not them. A good night sleep would do. Meanwhile in L.A., Weslee and Vladimir saw each other and told each other that they made it to Hollywood. "Winnie, I mean Weslee, I made it. I'm so happy. Let's go eat dinner tonight. Since the competition is still a month away." Vladimir said. "I'm happy for you too and keep quiet. I'm Weslee now remember? I'm happy that I'll be in Hollywood too. Grandma would be so proud of us. Yeah I want pizza but after this day, we have to find jobs." Weslee said. "Of course. I remember grandma told us that she won't support us anymore 'cause we're grown up already.Remember keep our necklace inside our dress." Vladimir said. The two of them ate at a restaurant a few miles away from their apartment while their chatting. "Pssttt!!!Remember from now on don't use our old names, Okay?" Winnie said. "Yeah Weslee! If I should have known you chose that name 'cause of that Jiro guy on Hana Kimi whose name is Wesley, right?." Vladimir said. "Well yeah...I mean c'mon he's my type of guy with a great hairstyle, singing talent I mean he's so talented. I so wanna be like him!Shhhh!Keep quiet! I think grandpa sent a spy. Act normal okay?" Weslee said. "Thought so. I noticed him too by the window on the left side but he's pretty far from us and I was gonna tell you that but since we're grown up already I feel that this is like a date of the two of us. Don't you remember my promise to you? I will marry you right?." "Aww...I remember that but are you serious?" Weslee said. "Yes I am. Don't you like me?" Vladimir said. "Well I don't know yet. I don't like someone and I've never been in love except for Jiro but let's see if you try then I might. Let's try. I'll give you a chance but what about grandpa? He'd be angry at us." Weslee said. "I can take care of grandpa. Whatever happens I will always love you. Does that mean we're a couple now?" Vladimir said. "No! Silly...Haha...I just said I would give you a chance to COURT me! I'm not that easy to get you know? Get my heart then you win but if you don't then I'm sorry." Weslee said. "I'll try my best for the sake of my love for you." Vladimir said. Mike was at the same restaurant where Weslee and Vladimir are eating. He didn't hear their conversation because their too far away. He contacted Pres. Leonardo. "Sir! I've got news! These two live in an apartment nearby the 20 Pizza Restaurant. They we're talking earlier while they we're ordering and I heard that their names are Weslee and Vladimir. They do look like your grandchildren but I suspect that their not because their actions are like a couple but they don't seem to be one but just sorta kind of a couple." Mike said. "Well I want you to continue spying on them. Investigate about them more. I'm counting on you Mike. So you mean just sort of? Call me later." Leonardo said. Mike went back at the hotel where he checked-in. He is staying there at the moment while investigating those two. Weslee and Vladimir head back to their apartment. They called their grandma on the phone. "Hello Grandma! It's us!" said the two. "Vincent,Winnie, I miss the both of you. Congrats that you made it! Grandma is so proud of the both of you.." Natalia said. "Thanks grandma it's because of you" Weslee said. "We miss you too grandma" Vladimir said. "By the way grandma we're gonna be finding a job tomorrow. Wish us luck." Weslee said. "I wish the both of you luck but my dear, there's no need because I have seen that the both of you are determined. I will send you allowance every month. You don't have to work." Natalia said. "Thanks grandma but still we want to be independent even you send us money we still want to learn how hard life is." Vladimir said. "Vladimir is right grandma but still we'll accept your allowance if you insist." Weslee said. "Grandma! I will court Weslee starting today because she agreed!" Vladimir said. "Aww that's great! I wish you luck my grandson." Natalia said. "Sweetheart! Who is that?" Leonardo said. "I have to go now. I'll call sometime. Bye!." Natalia said. Natalia hanged up the phone. "Nothing Honey, it's just my friend and we're talking about the tv talk shows and stuff." Natalia said. "Oh I see, it's getting pretty late now, you better sleep now sweetheart!." Leonardo said. "Oh right! You too Honey! Love you..."*************************************************************************************

Chapter 3
"See you later! Ciao!" Aaron got up from the couch and left her office. GuiGui was soo shocked she can't moved. Then, she remembered something. GuiGui ran outside. She checked the elevator and the stairs. No sign of Aaron. "Haiyysss! How can I pick him up later if I don't know where he lives?" she said frustratedly. "Booo!!!" Aaron appeared from her back. "Holy crap! You scared me! I thought you're gone already?" she was surprised. "I greeted all the people here in your department. They're soo warm and friendly. I'm gonna enjoy my stay here," he said happily. "Where is your place? Still the same?" she asked. "Yes. You can dropped by later soo you can see mom and jie jie," he answered. "Sure." "Ok, bye!" he went to the elevator. GuiGui watched as the door closed. "You're early," Mrs. Yang noticed Rainie in the kitchen. "I'm making a special cake for our visitor in the shop today. Danson said he wants to meet me," she said while whipping the cream. "Oh! Really? Who is he?" her mom asked. "I don't know yet. He said it's a surprise." she started the baking when her phone rang. "Bonjour!" "Bonjour, mademoiselle! How are you?" Danson on the other line. "I'm good, thank you. What's up?" she wiped her hand. "There's been a change of plan. Instead of 5pm, he wants to come at lunch. Is it possible?" he asked her. "Thank God I started early today. This visitor of ours is very picky huh?" she told him. "Oh no! He's nice I can assure you. He just want us to meet his family as well. They're living across the shop." he informed her. "Oh I see. Alright then. Pick me up at twelve noon. Ciao!" she said. "Ok. Ciao!" he closed the phone. Jiro put the molded chocolate in the fridge when his phone rang. "Hello?" "Jiro? This is Danson. I told my partner already. We'll be there in two hours." "That's great! I'll see you all later, bye!" he hang up. He stared at the orange filled chocolate in the table. It reminded him of someone from the past. "I wonder where she is now," he told himself. His mind went down the memory lane again. "Let's go inside," 15 year old Rainie pulled 16 year old Jiro into the candy shop. "What do you want?" she asked. "I want the gummy candies," he said. "One kilo of gummy candies please," she told the shop owner. "That's a lot? What will you do with those candies?" he exclaimed as they went out of the store. "I'll make you a gummy candy topped cake!" she said happily. "Cool! But my birthday is still next week!" he was amazed of what she said. "It's ok I want to make one for you and then I'll make again on your birthday!" she smiled. "Can we do it in our house? You make gummy cake for me I'll make chocolates for you," he recommended. "The one you gave to me before? With the orange filling?" her eyes widened in excitement. "Yes!" he grinned. "Alright! I'll call Aaron too!" she said and ran towards their house. Jiro shook his head several times. He missed them a lot. He missed her a lot. He hoped that someday they will meet again. "Aaron, we need the car! Stop fooling around. Get back here now!" Rainie shouted at Aaron on the phone. "Haola! Haola! Geez! You're worst than mom! I'm just visiting new places in Taipei. Anyway, I'll just tell GuiGui to pick me up later soo we can roam around the town." he said. "Huh? What did you said?" she didn't know if she heard him right. "I said you're worst than mom," he repeated. "Not that one, the last one!" she said impatiently. "I'll tell GuiGui to pick me up later so---" he didn't managed to finish his sentence. "GuiGui? As in GuiGui with pigtails?" she got excited. "Yeah. She's my PR assistant. I didn't recognised her first because she looked more man than me. Then I saw this picture of ours," he answered. "Is he---?" Rainie tried to asked about Jiro. "No. He's not there and I didn't asked either. Don't tell me you're still hoping you'll have a happy ending with him?" he teased his sister. "Ohh, shut up! Just bring back the car now!" she hang up the phone. "Why is my heart beating soo fast?" Am I excited to see him? I wonder if he still liked the gummy candy cake?" she kept asking herself. Then an idea came to her mind. She's done with the blueberry cheesecake but she wanted to add a little spice in it. "Mom! I'll go out for a while," she asked before going out. "I hope the shop is still there," she crossed her fingers. Rainie's face lighten when she saw the candy shop. She went inside. "Uncle Bubu! You're still here?" she greeted the owner happily. The old man put his glasses on so he can recognised her. "RenRen?" he asked. "Yes! It's me!" she hugged the old man. "Oh my goodness! I didn't noticed you. You're soo beautiful and... skinny! What happen? You're not eating properly?" he asked again. "Wahahaha! I lost weight. But I'm eating properly. Don't worry about it. Err...sorry Uncle Bubu but I'm in a hurry right now, can I have one kilo of gummy candies please?" she said. "Ohh, right." he weight the candies. "Here. It's on the house. I'll just come by later to chat with your mom," he said. "Wow! Thank you. Ok then. See you later!" she shouted then ran away. Rainie saw Danson waiting outside their house. "Where have you been?" Danson asked. I just bought these," she showed the candies and put in the back seat. "Cmon, he'll be there any minute." he sat on the driver's seat. "Wei! You're cake!" Aaron handed her cake. "You're not coming?" she asked. "Later. I'll dropped by there," he said. "Ok. Let's go," she said to Danson. As the car moved towards their destination, Rainie had a feeling that there's something might have happen in the shop that will change her life and bitterness will overcome her heart.
